There is always something to be done on an agricultural estate… something to anticipate, or to recommence. Whether the weather is fine, windy, raining or even snowing… everyone has work to do, in the vines, in the fig orchard, in the cellar, in the office, on the road, at the wine merchants, restaurants and boutiques.
